1. Click new file on the green sidebar

2. Select the matter type

3. Input your matter information

4. Click next

5. Upload your APS

6. If you have the commission statement available, you can select this option and upload it with your APS

7. Click continue

8. The AI will review your uploaded APS, this will only take a few minutes

9. Once the AI has been completed, you will need to review your details to ensure accuracy

10. If the client already exists in the database, the AI will automatically detect the match

Click verify record to link the existing client to the matter

11. Select the existing contact and click confirm

12. Once you have reviewed the information for accuracy, click continue

13. You will now see a summary of the information entered, click continue

14. Your matter is now opened!
