1. Click settings
2. Under business, click business settings
3. Here you can customize your general settings
4. You can set the default estimated increase for property tax that you wish to appear in your statement of adjustments on every file
5. Here you can customize your description for the cash shortfall on your trust ledger
6. You can choose where to display your software transaction fee here, and if you wish to increase or decrease the price you charge your clients
7. For a purchase, select whether you would like the vendor firm or vendor lawyer as payable to on your trust ledger
8. Select whether you would like the firm name, lawyer name or office name as payable to, in trust for sale and refinance files
9. Under LTT & MLTT, you can select where you wish to display amounts and show your MLTT admin fee and customize any additional settings
10. You can customize your title search settings here and where you would like to display amounts
11. If there is a title insurance provider your office normally deals with, you can set default provider here and customize any additional settings and display amounts
12. Select your default IDV provider! If you select Treefort, a $25.00 fee per completed report will be charged and you can select where to display amounts here and any additional settings
13. If you are using Assyst, you can choose where you would like the Assyst Fees to be displayed and any additional settings
