13 STEPS
1. To enter an undertaking manually in your sale file, click sale documents
2. Click undertakings given
3. Click add new
4. Enter the subject of undertaking
5. Click the calendar icon to select the follow up date
6. Select the follow up date from the calendar
7. Click edit to enter the undertaking text that will appear in the undertaking
document
8. Enter the undertaking text in the text box
9. If the undertaking has been fulfilled, click the fulfilled checkbox
10. Click save
11. If you wish to edit the undertaking, click the edit icon
12. If you would like to wish to delete the undertaking, click the trash icon and hold to delete
13. The undertaking you have entered will now populate in your document in the viewer
