11 STEPS
1. Click finances
2. Click trust ledger
3. Hover over your payment to the other lawyer, and click edit details
4. Here you can edit the paid to title
5. If you wish to make changes to the sale price click view sale price, and it will take you to your statement of adjustments tab
6. You can view the balance due on closing and add deductions here
7. To add deductions, click on add item
8. You can select wire fee or create a custom item
9. Click the deduction amount box and enter the amount
Note, any amounts entered here are automatically deducted from the balance due on closing, you do not need to add a negative sign before the deduction amount
10. Once you have entered your deductions, you will see the paid to on closing amount that will be displayed in your trust ledger
11. To delete a deduction item, click and hold the trash can icon
