What is the effective date of the price change?

The new pricing will take effect on October 1, 2025.

Why are you making these changes now?

For the past three years, we've maintained our original launch pricing while continuously adding powerful new features and capabilities to the platform. We're now updating our pricing to reflect the significant value the product delivers today. This adjustment ensures we can continue investing in our dedicated team and the long-term vision of helping you succeed.

What can we expect in the future?

This investment will directly accelerate platform development. You can look forward to a faster pace of innovation, including more AI-powered tools, powerful document and package features, deeper software integrations, and major user experience improvements to make your workflow even smoother.

Are there any new features or benefits included with the new pricing?

The new price reflects all the features and services currently in the platform. While no specific feature is launching with this change, it allows us to accelerate development and fund Canada's largest conveyancing development team, so we can deliver more powerful features to you, more often.

Will there be any grandfathering for existing customers?

Starting October 1, 2025, our new standard price of $75.00 + tax will apply to all customers. In exceptional circumstances, your account manager will reach out directly to discuss any accommodations if they apply.

How does this new price compare to your competitors?

If there are adjustments in the future, they’ll be nominal and made thoughtfully, to remain in line with the value we provide.
