How to Send your E-Signing Packages Using SignIT

34 STEPS

1. First, select the overview tab


2. Click the edit icon next to key dates

3. Check this box to indicate the client is signing remotely

4. Click save

5. Now, go to your documents tab


6. Click add to add the documents to assign to your package


7. Select create a blank package


8. Type your package name

9. Select if your package will be signed using SignIT

10. Click create package


11. Add documents by selecting the +, or by clicking on the document name

12. You can edit the title of your signing package here


13. Edit the order of your documents by dragging and dropping this icon with your mouse

14. You can also click the Word icon to edit in Word prior to initiating e-signing


15. Click prepare for e-signing when you are ready

16. Click the green toggle to deselect anyone who is not e-signing on the package

Note: It will default to all clients and who at the firm is signing with them


17. Click prepare document


18. The signing fields will auto populate on your document, however you do have the option to add additional fields

First, select the signer from the drop down menu

19. With your mouse, click and drag on a selected field, then drop it on the document

20. Click the edit icon next to signers to edit signers


21. Select the next signer here

22. Click send when you are ready to send your signing package


23. Edit the note section if you wish to send it with your e-signing request

24. If you are an admin, you can also click edit default note to edit your template

25. Click lock package to prevent premature signing, if applicable

Note: This sends a view only package to your clients, unlock it to send for signing when ready


26. Click send now


27. Click unlock & send now to unlock the package for e-signing


28. The package has now been emailed to the client! Click copy signing link to send another way

29. Click edit at anytime to edit the package and resend it

30. Click the three vertical dots


31. Download, rename or cancel the package here


32. Click back


33. View the package here, along with the status for signatures

Once complete (you will receive an email about this), click on the package to view it


34. You will see your package is now ready to download here!

Your e-signing package will always be available to you in future as well in this tab
