11 STEPS
1. Click on the mortgages tab
2. Click terms & payment
3. Next to deductions, click add item
4. Create your own deduction or addition by clicking add custom item
5. Or, you can choose your deduction or addition from the populated list
6. Enter the amount here
7. Click add item to add additional items
8. To add an addition, you can select the add item button again
9. And select an option from the populated list, or create your own
10. For any additions, you will need to enter them as a negative number
11. The additions and deductions will reflect on your trust ledger. Click on the finances tab > trust ledger to view them
