11 STEPS
1. The top navigation header can be accessed from any tab within your file
2. Viewing now will show you any of your colleagues who are currently viewing the file, as well as anyone who has previously viewed the file
3. Clicking on the checklist will show you your file progression
4. Click any of the drop down arrows to expand the tasks
5. Click the checkbox to check off completed tasks
6. Click the arrows to prioritize tasks in order, and the trash can to delete any task
7. Click add task to add any custom tasks that are file specific
8. Click notes to display any notes that you currently have on the file
9. You can create a new note by clicking add note
10. Enter the details for your custom note here
11. Pin the note by clicking on the pin icon if you wish, and click save
