Sending your FCT Bluink IDV Report through Closer

11 STEPS

1. In your parties tab, click send IDV request


2. Click the checkbox to include all clients in your IDV request, or beside their name for specific clients

3. Click send IDV request

4. Verify your client's email or make changes, and click send


5. Navigate to your IDV inbox


6. You will see any outstanding requests, expired requests, ready for review, flagged reports and verified reports

7. When your client has completed their report, click review under ready for review

8. Review that report and click flag or verify

In this article, we are selecting verify

9. Verify the ID being synced, and click sync ID 1

10. Click confirm


11. Now, you will see the report in your client's global profile, and their ID information synced
