Here, we show you how to send multiple Treefort IDV requests at once.
7 STEPS
1. To send multiple IDV requests at one time, first click send IDV request from the parties page.
2. Select which parties you would like to send IDV requests to.
3. You can click as many clients as you need to send requests to.
4. Click send IDV requests.
5. You can override your business setting selections by toggling them on, or off, for the additional identity verification selections.
6. Click send.
7. You will see the IDV status on the client card update as you send these through.
