Here, we show you how to send individual Treefort IDV requests from your client's global profile.
9 STEPS
1. To send an individual Treefort IDV request, click the menu on the client card.
2. Click view global profile.
3. Click identification.
4. Click send IDV request.
5. Click send IDV request.
6. Click identity verification settings drop down.
7. You can override the business level identity verification settings by clicking the toggles.
8. Click send.
9. You will now see that the request has been sent.
