16 STEPS
1. Create a sale file.
2. Name and number the file, as normal. Click next.
3. Drag and drop or browse and upload the Seller Brokerage Commission Statement.
4. Select the checkbox add Buyer Brokerage Commission Statement.
Drag and drop the Buyer Commission Statement or browse and upload.
Click next.
5. After you have input the APS details, enter the seller brokerage commission details.
6. When you are finished, select the buyer brokerage tab.
7. Input the commission details for buyer brokerage.
8. Click the edit icon to edit the deposit holder and deposit details.
9. Click save when finished.
10. You can also upload your commission statement(s) on the right-hand side of your page.
Click continue.
11. Click continue.
12. From within your file, click finances
13. Click commissions.
14. Toggle between seller brokerage and buyer brokerage here.
15. Click trust ledger.
16. View your commission details here.
That's it. You're done!
