6 STEPS
1. Click on the property tab
2. Scroll down and click LTT & considerations
3. Navigate to values subject to LTT, and click on the check box to indicate your client is a first-time homebuyer
4. You can also edit a different percentage, if the claim is not 100%
5. The same steps can be taken if MLTT is applicable
Click the check box under MLTT to apply the MLTT refund
6. Under summary, you will now see the updated total LTT/MLTT applicable!
