How to Add a Signing Officer

14 STEPS

1. Under parties in your clients tab, click the three dot menu on the client card

2. Click view global profile

3. Click add signing officer

4. Enter the company position

Step 4 image

5. Enter the signing officer's name

Step 5 image

6. Add an existing client or create new client

Step 6 image

7. Click associated contacts

Step 7 image

8. You will see the signing officer in the associated contacts section of the global profile for your corporate client

9. Click primary contact if applicable

Step 9 image

10. To edit the company position of the signing officer, click the 3 dot menu

11. Click edit

12. Make any edits here and click save when done

13. You can also edit the signing officer's global profile by clicking on view contact

14. You are now in the signing officer's global profile, click the arrow to return to the corporation's global profile at any time
