What's included
ASIC agent services
We act as your registered ASIC agent, so ASIC correspondence comes directly to us
We manage your company's ASIC obligations and communications on your behalf
You'll get confirmation once each task is completed and lodged
Annual review and renewal management
We notify you when your annual review is due
We prepare your solvency resolution for signing
We review your company statement with you to confirm accuracy
We lodge everything with ASIC and confirm once it's done
Proactive compliance alerts
Automated reminders for upcoming deadlines and regulatory changes, right from your Lawpath dashboard
Year-round support
Access to our compliance support team for ASIC-related questions, available Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm AEST
What's not included
To set expectations clearly, this plan doesn't cover:
Legal advice or lawyer consultations
Accounting or tax services
Document templates
Company structure changes, such as adding or removing directors or updating shareholders (these can be handled separately, ask us how)
Pricing
$75/month, billed annually at $900. Government fees are not included.
