Contracts that were re-signed via DocuSign received repeated updates and this created multiple new versions, resulting in Contract Owners being repeatedly notified that the contract document was updated.
The "contract is out for signing" banner failed to disappear after the signed document was returned.
When the Matter Manager assignment was accepted, the acceptance banner failed to disappear.
The "matter not found" error incorrectly appeared for a billing-only LSP user despite them being added to the matter.
When a long names were entered for tasks in a matter, the spacing in the UI was insufficient, and resulted in compressed text.
When a user was added to a team and then removed, they were still listed as a member in User Management > Users.

Bulk update operations for contracts and matters were delayed because they weren't properly added to the processing queue and these operations sometimes failed due to conflicts arising from how the system accessed and updated information in the database.
