We dropped our very first Year in Review feature for our customers. This report shows our customers how they have been interacting with LawVu in 2024 and is available alongside our existing standard reports. This report will remain available until the end of January.
Feature Enhancements:
Get right to work with instant matter assignments. New requests land directly in your workflow, allowing you to focus on completing tasks or re-assigning them with ease.
Bugfixes:
Users received an 'internal error' message when dismissing a mention.
The hover state for content links in knowledge base articles is incorrectly displaying a lighter shade instead of the intended darker shade.
When attempting to save a large email thread (50+ messages) in Outlook using the "Save all emails in this conversation" option, the process failed to complete. As a result, some messages were missing from the saved thread history in LawVu.
