Attempting to add an LSP user to a matter, the system showed a "unavailable" status for the user. It was discovered that the LSP's organization had been duplicated in the software's backend, with one active account and one pending invitation, which was the source of the error.
The "teams" field in the Contracts grid couldn't be edited using the in-line editing feature, because the dropdown menu was empty.
When attempting to edit contract approvers, the system failed to update the workflow stage from "Draft." Instead, it displayed an "Unable to proceed" error, sent an incorrect email regarding the phase, and generated a false approval request.
