Product Enhancements:
We improved the SSO Self-Service Portal by embedding direct links to all our SSO-related help guides, allowing users to access documentation immediately from the portal.
Bugfixes:
The system couldn't properly filter or sort feedback scores, failing to handle both specific ranges and ascending/descending commands and the sorting incorrectly included items that had no score at all, making the resulting list inaccurate.
The system allowed duplicate invoice numbers to be entered if one of them contained leading empty spaces (e.g.,
"12345"vs." 12345").Field values failed to index correctly, so they failed to appear in search results.
The notes added to a matter weren't accurately counted when the total exceeded twenty. Instead of updating the count and displaying all entries, the system maintained a limit, causing the oldest note to be deleted from view as each new note was added.
