Bugfixes:
Matters created using the "new matter" email address were incorrectly being sent to the intake queue. This bug ignored the system's rules, which should have left the matters unassigned because their default setting was not the Intake Queue.
When a user changed a matter's state, like from 'active' to 'complete', the section headers and the fields on the 'details' form disappeared.

A data mapping error in the invoicing system mistakenly copied the "Fees" amount into the "Disbursements/Adjustments" field, which then incorrectly calculated the total payable as $0 for new and historical invoices.
