New Features:
Instantly See and Control Where Your Fields Are Used with the "Field Usage" view - This new view gives you a complete map of your entire system. You can instantly see every single template that uses a specific field, and more importantly, every template where it's missing. This helps you maintain consistent data and makes it easier to manage.
Here’s how to use it:
From the Field Library: Go to your main list of fields and click the Field Usage icon (it looks like a small branching tree) in the column for any field.
From a Template: When you're inside a matter or contract template, click the "..." (ellipsis) button next to a field's name and select "View field usage."
You will get a read-only list of every location. If you spot a template where a field is missing, you can open it in a new tab to make the necessary adjustments quickly.
Bugfixes:
When a subfolder was moved, the files inside remained invisible, even after following standard workarounds such as moving and refreshing it.
