Bugfixes:
When the "restricted" field was added to a matter's "Details" form first, a user could toggle an option to make it visible on the "Completion" form.
When a matter or contract was created, the dropdown menu for selecting a department displayed sub-departments incorrectly. Instead of being visually grouped under their parent department, they appeared as standalone options.
When a user tried to view a contract created by a user who left the organization, they saw an error message because the system lacked instructions to handle the missing information.
