AI extraction is now powered by our internal extraction service, replacing Zuva AI.

You no longer need to copy and paste data from a side panel. You can now review AI-extracted data directly and choose to accept or ignore individual fields, and 'accept all' to populate relevant contract fields at once.

Admins can now manage AI extraction settings for both upload and post-upload workflows from the 'AI extraction' tile.

Enhanced tracking now shows exactly when an extraction was last run and who initiated it for better transparency into record activity.

Any previous extractions performed by Zuva have been retained and attached to the respective records as reference files.

Data workers were restarted, so background data processing, invoice generation, or automated tasks were completed.

We resolved an issue that caused some invoice batches to become stuck in a “processing” state after approval.

An automated system that sends contract expiration notices stopped working when it encountered a contract with no active users assigned, so we updated the software to recognize this and either skip the contract or send a notice to an Administrator instead.
