Product Enhancements:

  • For all of our e-signature integrations, users can now resend a contract for signing when the envelope is not successfully created and sent, or it's been voided, without having to move the contract back a stage and redo its approvals.

Bugfixes:

  • At certain browser resolutions, the page numbers in search results were blocked by the Intercom icon.

  • During internal testing, when the Contracts module wasn't enabled for an LSP org, the LSP's user saw the 'edit contracts from the grid' permission in their user profile.

  • An LSP user whose org had multiple clients and different access levels for each client only saw the permissions available to 'billing only' users in their profile during internal testing.

  • During internal testing, a user was unable to send an RFP to their LSP with 'billing only' access, unless it was sent to a specific user.

  • When a user shared a direct link to a document from the 'Files' tab using the 'copy link to file' option, when the recipient opened the file the 'Edit with Word Online' option didn't appear.

  • Users who were already delegates saw an error message that told them they couldn't renew a contract without being the contract owner or their delegate.

  • The Workshare compare icon didn't appear after files were selected for comparison for an internal user.

  • After a contract was sent for signing, the 'contract out for signing' banner failed to appear during internal testing.

  • When composing an email using the Outlook Add-In and then selecting the 'save to matter' option, the users in one org noticed that when external users selected the 'reply all' option, they received bounceback emails.

321.1

  • Sending emails to matter and contract email addresses failed in all regions.
