New Features:

  • We introduced the "Billing Only" access permission which allows outside counsel/LSPs to upload invoices without accessing client data and for Clients to have a complete view of their outside counsel spending without the administrative burden of uploading and managing invoices.

Bugfixes:

  • During internal testing, when there were limited members of a contract, certain fields in the contract couldn't be edited.

  • The 'expiry' field didn't appear in a contract when it was accessed by a member with limited access during internal testing.

  • During internal testing, a user without the 'create contracts' permission enabled couldn't save field values from the grid.

  • A change to the contract type made from the Contracts grid wasn't saved when testing the editing feature.

  • When an LSP's access level was changed from 'collaboration' to 'billing only', one of their Client's contracts appeared in search results during internal testing.

  • During internal testing, when an LSP's access level was changed from 'collaboration' to 'billing only', the LSP's user wasn't removed from conversations.

  • During internal testing, a user in an LSP with 'billing only' access received the Matter Manager assignment notification and an action prompting them to accept the assignment upon acceptance of an RFP proposal.

  • The suggested next steps were missing from the contract preview.

  • When a user in one org attempted to extract data from a contract, the extraction panel was blank and they received a "contract field updated-undefined" error message.

  • When quotation marks were included in the names of matters views widgets in the Hub, it caused widgets that were removed from the Hub to reappear.

  • An LSP user could see time entries within their Client's matter.

323.2

  • Incorrect Dropbox Sign settings appeared in our live environment.
