Bugfixes:

  • During internal testing, a user received an "error deleting file" message when trying to delete an email from an email view.

  • During internal testing, email tracking and parsing stopped in the Outlook and Gmail add-ins.

  • When a user joined a contract they weren't a member of and then duplicated it, when they opened the preview they saw a message indicating they'd been added to the contract during an internal test.

  • When invoices created from LEDES files were uploaded, the total tax was taken from the LEDES file rather than from the matter during internal testing.

  • The "billed difference" column in the "Invoices" area was populated with invalid data, because Lawvu looked for "total fees difference" information in the invoice, instead of "fees difference", during internal testing.

  • The "Actions" widget was missing the currency symbol and code in its invoice information during our test.

  • The financial data in the UI didn't didn't display decimal digits or round to the nearest cent during internal tests.

  • The "Post batch", "save" and "delete" button remains disabled after filling in all the required fields for an invoice during our test.

  • The users in one org saw an "internal error" and "no records available" message when trying to view contracts via email notifications.

  • When a user completed a matter, they received an email notification that they did.

  • The users in one org reported that when a matter was deleted, a user assigned a task still saw a notification regarding it.

  • During our internal test, in the "Invoice Currencies" section, the word "object" appeared over the box where users entered the conversion rate.

  • During our internal test, the forecast bar in an invoice incorrectly displayed the budget as "exceeded" and it was in the wrong position.

  • When an email was being tracked, and the sending user was also one of the recipients, the email was uploaded twice during our test.

  • When tracking failed on an email thread, a new file was created and duplicate files were uploaded during our test.

  • We changed the Outlook add-in sign in process so that if a user has a different default SMTP mail address than their sign-in credentials, the authentication model was backwards and could use the correct token.

When using the "Save In LawVu As" and saving into a specific matter folder the email file was saved in the parent folder and not the specified one.

  • A user trying to perform internal testing in the Outlook Add-In, kept getting logged out when two execution threads were running at the same time.

341.1

  • The 'Matters' portion of our internal database in the AU region kept timing out and displaying an "internal error" message.
