Bugfixes:
When an LSP's access level was set to "collaboration" and then changed to "billing only", the LSP user could still see the action listed in the Dashboard.
There was a temporary failure of a deployment stage for one client during internal testing.
Users weren't able to log into LawVu using either uppercase or lowercase letters in their email addresses, so we made this case-insensitive.
An immutable ID wasn't used on subscription creation during internal testing.
