New Features:
LawVu introduced a new AI-powered invoicing feature for all customers and LSPs/external counsel who use the Spend Management feature. This feature automatically fills out the invoice form with information from the uploaded invoice.
Product Enhancements:
We doubled the number of AI fields so that customers who use the contract data extraction feature can extract more relevant data from their contracts and reduce their processing time.
Bugfixes:
When users rearranged the order of columns in the "email" view of the Files tab, their changes weren't saved.
During internal testing, we found that when users edited a contract using Word Online and created a new version, they couldn't rerun data extraction.
Users in one org noticed that when they tried to save an email file to the "Files" tab and a file with the same name was detected, they saw a "versioning of emails is not available" message.
When filtering the grid that appears in Spend β Invoices by "department", users saw departments that were previously deleted.
When a user performing internal testing created a matter in Slack using the "/jira create" shortcut, they were unable to add new departments.
A user performing internal testing got an "internal error" message when trying to select an option in the "department" field during matter creation.
We added a status check limit so that when users export a report from Power BI, the service won't check the status of a report so many times that it causes performance issues.
During internal testing of the Outlook Add-In's tracking feature, we found that changing the subject of a reply and sending the email led to the "LawVu-tracked" label being added, despite it not being tracked.
