Feature Enhancements:

  • When invoices are declined by the Client, LSP users with the appropriate access level in LawVu will now see the reason for the decline in the invoice modal.

Bugfixes:

  • An improvement was made to utilize existing database indexes effectively, speeding up search results.

  • During internal testing, we discovered that Business users saw a spinning teal circle after clicking the 'link' tab in the soon-to-be-released related records feature.

  • The 'related records' panel in contract details failed to stay open when we navigated to another contract during testing of the related records feature.

  • During functional testing, we discovered that duplicating matters or contracts copies the related email file, but the copied file lacks connections to the original email's attachments, causing them to appear missing.

  • When we performed internal testing, restricted child contracts appeared in the related records panel for a user who wasn't a member.

  • During internal testing of the MS Team add-in, when a user clicked the 'View in LawVu' button in the contract card, they weren't directed to their specific region (e.g., eu.lawvu.com)

  • When users saved and tracked an email thread to a specific matter using the Outlook add-in, then clicked on the 'stop saving to this matter' button, and then saved the thread to a different matter, they saw the following email message: 'found multiple email core records for file entry ID. This violates data integrity rules.'

  • Mandatory fields were blank in Excel reports generated by the users in one org.

  • During internal testing, one user found that when an approval workflow template was applied to the 'draft' stage of a contract, when they uploaded a new version of the contract while the phase was in progress, the phase wasn't reapplied when a new version was uploaded.

  • While testing the soon-to-be-released enhanced email feature, when emails in a folder within the 'Files' tab were filtered on "emails single" view, all the emails within the matter were visible.

  • When a user in one organization renamed a contract type, it appeared under its old name in search results.

  • While testing the enhanced email feature, opening an attachment from the grid or the attachment popover broke the email preview.

  • During testing of the enhanced email feature, when a user clicked the email link from the breadcrumb, an email preview reverted to a file preview.
