New Features:

We released parts 2 and 3 of the 'related records' feature:

  • All users benefit from the improved visibility and context of related matters and contracts.

  • View and manage record relationships - Now our users can view and manage records related to their matters or contracts by accessing the Related panel, including managing the relationship of existing contracts as Amendments or Statements of Work.

  • Amendments & Parent Contracts are now available in contract grids!

Bugfixes:

  • Changes to custom icon fonts were not reflected in the browser due to aggressive caching, as the updated font file used the same filename.

  • During functional testing of the soon-to-be-released invoice approval workflow feature:

    • The invoice preview feature within the actions widget needed to load the invoice preview, associated details, and approver information.

    • A user found that when they navigated between invoices to approve them, the "accrual" and "internal notes" fields didn't change.

    • The invoice panel navigation feature was broken, preventing users from switching between invoices and causing unexpected behavior when attempting approvals.

  • During testing of the soon-to-be-released Outlook v. 3:

    • The toasts (messages intended to provide visual feedback) were not displaying correctly within the add-in during file attachment attempts.

    • The "Create Contract" form erroneously displayed name fields even when the selected email had no attachments instead of solely showing the intended error message.

  • When the 'Legal Service Provider' column was added to the Matters grid and a user clicked the 'filter' icon, the LSPs' names weren't in alphabetical order.

  • The green dot that serves as an "unread message" indicator appeared even after a specific message was read.
