During early access testing of the invoice approval workflow feature users in one organization noted:
After an approval workflow was changed, new invoices failed to move beyond the first phase, even though subsequent phases were configured.
An approval workflow with multiple phases experienced issues when a user was temporarily replaced. After the replacement, some invoices showed Phase 1 as complete but failed to progress to Phase 2 despite the next approver being correctly listed.
While performing functional testing of the approved invoice forwarding feature:
A user found that deleting the last condition, deleted all the other conditions except the first one.
If a region or department was already present in a condition, they could select it as an option when adding another condition.
A user in one organization reported that when they added new folders to SharePoint, those folders didn't appear in LawVu when they attempted to sync.
When a workflow template was applied to a contract type and the phases were reordered, when the user sought contract approval, the phases were mixed up.
