New Features:

  • We released the Conditional Approved Invoice Forwarding feature, which allows you to automatically route approved invoices to different departments or email addresses based on specific criteria like invoice value, department, or region.

Bugfixes:

  • During functional testing of the LSP profile feature, the page incorrectly displayed pending user contacts as LV users, and the pending badge disappeared after refreshing the browser page, which misled the tester about the contact's status and prevented them from modifying contact details.

  • The invoice approval actions and banner erroneously persisted for users in two organizations even after their approval phase was completed.

  • While performing testing of the conditional approval feature for invoices:

    • Minor UI fixes addressed issues with styling, tooltips, and button behavior on the condition/phase selection interface.

    • The avatar for a user wasn't displayed when a new phase was added.

    • The contingency approver feature failed to create an approver phase when the specified field was not found, resulting in a "bad request" error.

  • During end-to-end testing of the feature that lets users edit a contract's execution date, removing the executed date value from a contract record temporarily hid the field until the record was refreshed, at which point the original date value reappeared.

  • A user in one organization reported that business users with contract creation and preview permissions could not see the "continue and notify" or "edit" options when seeking contract approval if the approval workflow template contained a blank approval phase.

  • We discovered a link that directed users to the old version of our reports and subsequently disabled it.

  • During functional testing of the Workspace Intelligence feature:

    • There were duplicate citations with links to articles in the Knowledge Base.

    • Links to the same file appeared in a response multiple times.

    • Multiple citations for the same contract were present when the user entered their query about a 'paragraph' field.

    • The placeholder text on the main panel incorrectly changed to "Ask a follow-up..." after navigating back from the conversation history when the user started a new conversation thread.

    • A response contained the incorrect creation date for a conversation.

    • When a user clicked the 'Workspace Intelligence' button using Safari as their browser, nothing happened, but it worked in Chrome.

  • During functional testing, when a user created a matter or contract, uploaded files with the same filenames to different folders, and tried to download those files from the 'Files' tab, they saw the following error message: An error has caused failure of zip preparation.'

  • While performing functional testing, a user could upload non-email files when attempting to upload an email to a thread.

  • Users in two organizations couldn't see any fields when creating matters using the Outlook add-in.
