Feature Enhancements:

  • We have championed a meaningful transition away from using the term “disabled” in our application. Users are no longer 'disabled' but 'deactivated.'

  • Org admins can change an LSP with a 'pending' status to 'no access' so that if a client invites a legal service provider and decides they no longer want the LSP to have access, they don't have to rely on the LSP to accept the invite and then change their access level.

  • Knowledge Base articles and documents are now displayed in alphabetical order within categories and folders so the listed content can be scanned and consumed more efficiently.

Bugfixes:

  • During functional testing of the invoice approval workflow feature, when the user populated the "Potential Liability" field in matter details, it triggered an unexpected behavior in the workflow, which caused the invoice to be sent to the Matter Owner for approval instead of following the template assigned to the matter type.

  • We discovered during end-to-end testing that the order in which different components were deployed in software created race conditions.

  • One organization reported that emails they downloaded from the 'Files' tab were missing when extracted from a zip file.

  • During functional testing of the Workspace Intelligence feature:

    • The summarization of conversations didn't adequately inform users when they were 'mentioned' in a conversation.

    • File icons displayed incorrectly in some responses.

  • A user performing regression testing with the grid editing feature enabled noticed that when they searched a lookup field for values containing the ampersand sign (&), no values appeared in the drop-down.

  • A user performing regression testing could not create a matter when a multi-lookup field appeared in the 'create' form.

440.1

  • One organization reported that confidential internal emails were automatically added to a matter.

440.2

  • Some activity logs were stamped with the wrong Org ID number.
