Bugfixes:
During functional testing of conditional invoice approvals:
A workflow could be saved with a condition set to 'send to an allocated approver' when no users or teams were added.
The user couldn't add users to 'No phases' in the workflow.
When invoice forwarding was set up before Invoice Workflows, or vice versa, and changes were made to either the other feature broke or malfunctioned when they shared the same 'root table' to store key rule information.
During end-to-end testing, FCN notifications caused the application domain to reload unexpectedly.
One organization reported that when they tried to save a change to an approval workflow template, they received an "Error saving approval phase" message.
