Bugfixes:

  • When performing functional testing on the invoice forwarding feature:

    • The delete button was hidden when forwarding was based on the invoice fee, and when the option to forward to different emails/groups was selected, the text for 'When invoice fee is' was cut off.

    • The system failed to show a warning message if the "otherwise" field is left empty and the user navigates away, despite not saving the changes.

  • During regression testing in spend management, even when the required Purchase Order (PO) and Cost Center (CC) fields were not filled in, the approve/decline banner still appeared on an invoice pending approval, but the approver couldn't take action until the required fields were populated.

  • When performing internal testing of the feature that lets users select the Matter Owner or Manager as an invoice approver:

    • The user couldn't add or delete contingency approvers or assign a workflow with only role-based approvers.

  • During testing of the conditional invoice approval feature:

    • When a workflow condition was based on a matter field with multiple options and the field was populated in the matter, invoices posted to that matter did not have the workflow applied.

    • When a workflow condition was based on a single checkbox field and the field was left unchecked, the condition was skipped, and the approval went to contingency approvers instead of following the "No" path.

    • The export of an invoice didn't match the organization's time zone.

  • One organization reported that a contract reverted to the 'draft' stage after a user approved it.

  • Exports of a saved grid view were missing data for users in one organization.

  • The 'completed' label that appears on a contract phase once everyone has approved it disappeared when the contract stage was moved to 'executed' for the users in one organization.

  • When a user in one organization tried to save over 200 emails simultaneously using the Outlook add-in, not all of them were saved because Microsoft enforced a 100-email limit, so we added an error message to LawVu that alerts users to this.
