Bugfixes:

  • While performing functional testing of the approved invoice forwarding feature, when conditional forwarding was enabled, and the user added conditions but left the "otherwise" field empty, no warning message was displayed if they tried to navigate away from the page. Their changes were not saved as expected. The lack of warning meant the user might not have realized their actions had no effect.

  • When testing the role-based approval feature, a user saw a message indicating, 'The contingency approvers for a step had missing or invalid values.'

  • A user performing functional testing of the conditional invoice approval feature noted that even when "Everyone in this group must approve" was selected for an invoice workflow phase with a matter role (like MO) as an approver, MOs/MMs were still required to approve the phase even if a direct owner or manager had already done so.

  • During regression testing of the editable contract execution date feature:

    • One user noted that when a contract was created with the "Is the contract already signed?" field ticked, the executed date would initially display that day's date in the Execute Contract modal. However, once the contract was created, the executed date would incorrectly change to the previous day's date.

    • They also noted that when they created a contract and moved it to the 'executed' stage, when they made the contract expire and then renewed it, the 'executed' date changed to the previous day's date.
