Bugfixes:
While performing functional testing of the conditional invoice approval feature, the user noted that even though time-entry invoices were supposed to be approved solely by the MO, the approvers specified in the invoice workflow template also received notifications and actions to approve these time-entry invoices. This led to confusion and an incorrect 'pending' approval status even after the MO had approved the invoice.
During regression testing in 'Spend Management,' the user noted that whenever the 'internal notes' were updated in the invoice panel form, it would trigger unnecessary calls to all the PDF APIs, potentially causing performance issues or unexpected behavior.
A user in one organization who deleted the sample departments that appear in LawVu (which can be found by going to Organisation settings > Settings > Departments) and then created departments with the same name saw the 'Department with this name already exists' error message.
Two users in one organization couldn't create matters using the Outlook add-in despite filling in all the required fields. The "Save" button would remain inactive, with no error messages or indications of missing information.
