Product Enhancements:
We've enhanced page titles across LawVu to make it easier to identify what you're working on. You'll now see clearer and more descriptive titles in your browser tabs, like "Matter LV123-456 | LawVu" when viewing a specific matter. This change also removes the notification count from titles for a more streamlined experience.
Bugfixes:
We removed the 'Download All Pages" button in standard reports (Matters, Contracts, Admin, Spend, GC Dashboard) since it didn't perform well or create an export that we considered helpful to customers.
During end-to-end testing of the yet-to-be-released contract document syncing feature:
When an updated version of a contract was uploaded, the 'uploaded by' space in the email notification was blank.
A new version of a contract document wasn't synced to Google Drive after the previous version was deleted from Google Drive, even though document sync was enabled.
An internal tester logged in as their 'client' user couldn't edit line items, in a posted LEDES invoice.
During functional testing of the yet-to-be-released contract approval workflow feature:
The conditional workflow incorrectly treated a checked restricted field as "condition not found" instead of following the correct path. This led to an unexpected assignment of the "Send to an allocated approvers" phase.
A user performing regression testing logged in as their LSP user didn't see the modal that allows users to add contracts by wizard or by uploading them.
While performing regression testing in User Management > Teams, a user who added a team or removed it from the "Access Control" area, wasn't able to see their changes without refreshing their browser.
During internal testing of the yet-to-be-released feature that changes the contract upload process, contract edits in Word Online weren't saved correctly, and approvals weren't triggered.
During regression testing, LSP users couldn't see the Client's contract types when trying to create duplicate contracts.
When users changed a task's name, the change wasn't reflected in the 'Next due task' column in their matters grids.
We updated the link styling for articles in the Knowledge Base.
An internal user noted that when they updated their organization's timezone from Organization Settings > Settings > Company Information, they saw a message indicating the change was successful, but then it reverted when they refreshed their browser or navigated away from the page.
When an invoice was marked 'paid' and a description was entered, the note wasn't visible when the user added the 'Description' column to the 'Invoices' grid.
During functional testing of Workspace Intelligence to improve accuracy, we noted that some responses were missing information, it didn't find a confidentiality clause or information on 'governing law' and it didn't find all the contracts related to a specific 'other party' when prompted.
When we performed internal testing, file operations in LawVu affected files in unmapped Google Drive folders because the system didn't verify the file's current location within the mapped structure before processing the operation.
LawVu didn't re-sync files to Google Drive after they had been deleted from a mapped directory because the "Get files in a folder" API call didn't correctly identify deleted files.
