Product Enhancements:
We've enhanced LawVu conversations with the ability to mark messages as 'read.' If a message is accidentally marked as read, or you want to revisit it later, just mark it as unread and it'll reappear with the familiar green dot, ensuring you won't miss any critical information.
Bugfixes:
When we performed end-to-end testing of the contract document syncing feature:
The tooltips related to the contract document syncing feature were inconsistent. The tooltip in the Files tab didn't accurately reflect the paused state, and at least one tooltip on a Matter incorrectly mentioned "contract."
When contract syncing was paused, the modal's 'sync settings' button had misspelled text.
The dual button's functionality was not as intended. Clicking the left side didn't trigger the default action (Edit Sync), and the dropdown was not exclusively triggered by clicking the right side.
The default sync type in the document sync modal was not being set correctly based on the user's settings and the context (Contract Overview tab vs.
Files tab).
During internal testing of automated contract approval workflows:
The software could not assign a workflow to a contract type because the system incorrectly reported that the workflow template was not found, even though it existed in the database.
The approval workflow wasn't handling deactivated users correctly, leading to missing phases or incorrect user displays depending on whether the feature was turned on or off.'
When we performed functional testing of SSO, the initial login attempt with SSO and JIT enabled would fail, but subsequent logins succeeded because the failed attempt inadvertently created the user.
The dialogue box for restricted contracts incorrectly stated that only members could search for the 'matter' when it should have read 'contract.'
When we performed functional testing of invoice approval in our mobile app:
The 'due date,' 'third party,' 'description,' and 'invoice date' fields failed to appear.
When a matter didn't have a workflow present, the delegate owner was shown as the approver instead of the matter owner.
The invoice currencies shown on the 'With You' tab and in the forecast bar were the ones chosen while posting, not the organization's base currency.
The Invoice ID parameter wasn't included when updating a matter, potentially causing issues with tracking or linking invoice data to the correct matter.
