New Features:
We added a turnaround time report for contracts to standard reporting so that users can see the total number of days a contract spends in each stage to prevent bottlenecks and missed deadlines.
Bugfixes:
During functional testing of the soon-to-be-released accruals feature:
When a user added a line item to an accrual before the accrual was submitted to the client, the LawVu ID for the line item didn't appear in the accruals grid.
After the legal service provider submitted the accrual, the client could edit the 'LSP' field.
The accrual widget incorrectly showed submitted accruals as "not submitted."
During user acceptance testing, we needed to update the LSP notification so it contained the correct help article link.
Some client's users weren't properly connected with LSP organizations, resulting in an 'organization not found' message when they tried to view the LSP's information on the 'Legal Services Provider' page.
The 'approval' panel in the invoice modal failed to display the approval banner when the matter didn't have a workflow attached.
During functional testing of the yet-to-be-released automated contract approval workflow feature:
There was no confirmation message when a workflow was successfully renamed.
When a user hovered over a stage with a workflow already applied, instead of displaying the name, 'N/A' appeared.
When an option used in a condition was deleted, it still appeared in some places but not others, causing confusion and potentially breaking the condition.
The menu options (like "duplicate" or "delete") that appeared when clicking the ellipsis (...) on conditions or phases would stay fixed on the screen even when scrolling up or down in the workflow configuration.
When a user entered an option's name to select it from a list that appeared in a condition, the option appeared, but the text they entered to locate it remained.
Approvers didn't appear in the contract stages until a user navigated to that specific stage, making it seem like no approvers were assigned.
After switching between tabs in the workflow section, the workflow conditions sometimes got stuck loading indefinitely.
When deleting a condition using the dropdown menu in the condition configurator, the configurator window remained open instead of closing automatically.
When adding a decimal value during the approval configuration, the cursor would jump to the beginning of the number, making it difficult to enter the value correctly.
The link to a specific email within a thread was broken, clicking it wouldn't open the email file, and refreshing the page only showed the email list view. However, copying the link to the whole thread worked correctly.
Widget icons in the Hub failed to display correctly.
During early access testing Workspace Intelligence:
Incorrectly filtered contract data when searching for examples of "confidentiality clause." Instead of searching across all contract types, it used a filter that resulted in no results being found.
Key dates couldn't be extracted from a contract if it contained an invalid date. Instead of skipping the invalid date and processing the rest, the entire extraction process was stopped.
Two scrollbars appeared in the panel when key dates were extracted.
When a key date was deleted from a contract, it failed to disappear from the 'Key Dates' tab and the deletion wasn't recorded in the contract's activity log.
The system wasn't correctly logging when an AI suggested a key date. It should have included "Suggested by AI" in the activity log, but it wasn't sending the necessary information to do so.
During testing of yet-to-be-released enhanced file access for business users, removing a team from a matter or contract didn't entirely revoke the team's access.
