New Features:

  • We revamped our Integrations page so that Organization Administrators can see a clear overview of all the available integrations and which ones are already active. They can click on the tiles for each integration to see a 'Details' page where they can find supporting documents and other information.

Bugfixes:

  • When a user performed a search on the "Integrations" listing page and then hit the 'back' key on their browser, the search filters didn't reset when they navigated to another area of LawVu.

  • During functional testing of the soon-to-be-released accruals feature:

    • When accrual information was sent to the client by an LSP, the client didn't receive the email.

    • When a user tried to download data related to accruals, the download failed to work properly.

    • We updated the confirmation message when an invoice was sent by email from 'email sent' to 'invoice sent.'

  • During testing of automated contract approval workflows:

    • When users with existing contract workflows enabled the new version (V2), their assigned contract types disappeared, preventing them from using the new workflow features.

    • lookup fields were limited to displaying only 25 options in the workflow builder, even if more were available.

  • When adding a file to a document category using the "Add to Knowledge Base" option, the folder count showing the number of files in that category didn't update immediately. Instead, it took several hours for the count to accurately reflect the addition of the new file.

  • Users encountered an "internal error" message when exporting invoice data from the invoice grid in the Spend section of LawVu.

  • The 'preview' button in the related records panel was missing during internal testing.

  • During UAT testing of enhanced file access for business users:

    • A user uploading files saw an error message.

    • Changes to access levels for files weren't saved.

    • When a user didn't have permission to view a file, they saw a blank preview instead of seeing an error message.

    • File previews reopened unexpectedly.

    • When a user opened a file copied from a link and clicked outside the preview modal, the preview wasn't closed. It stayed open, and the user could interact with LawVu in the background as well.

    • A user who clicked a link to a file, saw the file preview window reopen when they navigated to the 'Files' tab.
