How to Move Services From One Hostinger Account to Another

Moving Hostinger products or services to a different Hostinger account

For technical and security reasons, services purchased under a Hostinger account, except for domains, cannot be transferred to another account.

As an alternative, if your service is already set up but refundable, you may request a refund, and purchase the service again on the new account.

Domain names can be moved 4 days after their initial registration at Hostinger. To do so, follow this procedure: How to Move a Domain Between Hostinger Accounts 💡

If your hosting plan has been active for more than 30 days and is no longer eligible for a refund, you can manually upload your website's files and databases to a new account by referring to this guide: How to Restore a Backup on Another Hostinger Account.

If you use the free Hostinger Email included in your hosting plan, make sure to export your emails and import them to the new account as well.
