What we tell you upfront is what you’ll pay. We don’t like unexpected charges either.

You’ll pay before the mission starts, and the funds are safely held via Stripe. If the investigator doesn’t move forward for any reason, you get 100% refunded.
❌ No Cancellations Once It Starts
Once the investigation begins, we can’t cancel. Your investigator is booked and already working on your case. That’s why we take time upfront to be 100% sure before launching.
