If your purchases aren’t appearing in Leaderful, it’s usually because your original purchase email hasn’t been connected to your account yet.
Follow the steps below:
How to Connect Your Original Email
Go to your Account page in Leaderful.
Add the email address you used for your original purchase(s).
Check your inbox for a verification code and enter it to confirm.
Log out of Leaderful.
Log back in.
Your purchases should now appear in your account.
Still Not Seeing Your Content?
If you’ve completed these steps and your purchases still aren’t showing, please contact [support email] and include:
The email address used for your original purchase
A screenshot of your purchases page (if possible)
We’ll get it sorted as quickly as possible.
