Define goals for your event (targeted # of leads captured, etc.) and keep track of the progress toward each goal. Goals can be set at an individual level and/or team level.

Team Goal Settings
Number: Indicates the desired number of leads or submissions to be captured by the team during the event.
Target: Indicates the intended target for the goal, either 'Leads' to calculate the number of unique leads or 'Submissions' to calculate the total number of submissions made including duplicate leads captured by multiple staff members.
Notify: Display a prompt to either 'All users' who have access to the capture form or 'Specific users' chosen even if they don't have access to the capture form or the app is closed once the target is reached.
When the 'Specific users' option is chosen, a 'Select Users' field is displayed to add the intended users as shown:
Notification Level(s): Notify the users when the goal reaches a certain percentage or notify users multiple times each time one of the added percentages is reached.
In the example below, a prompt will be displayed to notify the users when the goal reaches 20%, 50%, and 100%.
Include web leads: When the toggle is turned on, the leads or submissions made through the web app are calculated toward the goal.
Individual Goals Settings
Method: Specify if the intended individual goal is the same for all users or set each user to have a different goal.
Number: Indicates the desired number of leads or submissions to be captured during the event.
When the 'Custom per person' method is chosen, the 'User' option will be displayed to add the user and the associated individual goal.
Click on the '+' icon to add more users and set the associated goal for the number of leads or submissions required to be captured by the user.
Target: Indicates the intended target for the goal, either 'Leads' to calculate the number of unique leads or 'Submissions' to calculate the total number of submissions made including duplicate leads captured by a user.
Notify: Notify the users when the goal reaches a certain percentage or notify users multiple times each time one of the added percentages is reached.
There are three options:
All users: Notifies all the users who have access to the capture form.
Users with goals: Notifies the user when they achieve their goal.
Specific users: Notifies specific users even if they do not have access to the capture form or the app is closed.
When the 'Specific users' option is chosen, a 'Select users' option is displayed to choose the intended users to notify.
Notification Level(s): Notify the users when the goal reaches a certain percentage or notify users multiple times each time one of the added percentages is reached.
Use goal criteria: Apply criteria on each submission and only count the submission towards the goal if the criteria are met. Click on Edit Criteria to set the criteria.
In the example below, the submission is counted towards the goal if the 'Product' chosen while submitting the lead was 'Cars' or 'Motors'.

To add your goals, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Events > Capture.
Click on the intended event.
Click on the gear icon at the top of the Event Designer
Select Goals.
Turn on the Team Goal toggle.
Customize your preferences and click Save.
Adding Individual Goal
To add individual goals, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Events > Capture.
Click on the intended event.
Click on the gear icon at the top of the Event Designer
Select Goals.
Turn on the Individual Goal toggle.
Customize your preferences and click Save.
Mobile App Display
When Goals are added, a circular Goals icon will appear on the event's widget.
Tapping this icon will open up your Goals statistics. You can view both the individual and the team's progress toward the set goals.
Team Goal: Represents the goal set for all users.
My Goal: Represents the goal set for the logged-in user to the app.
Staff Goals: Represents the individual goals set for other users.
Another method to open your Goals statistics is by clicking on the event's widget and choosing Goals.
The progress bar representing the goal will also be displayed at the top of the Leads page.
Scroll the progress bar to the left to display the logged-in user's individual goal.
Notification Display
When the percentage specified in the Notification Level(s) field is reached, a prompt will appear showing the form name and the percentage achieved toward the goal as shown:
Device Notification
When the percentage specified in the Notification Level(s) field is reached and the app is not in use, a notification will be sent to the specified users as shown:
