You will see this error when our system cannot connect to Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics. The most common cause of this error is expired credentials. If your CRM password has changed, you will need to update it in our connectors.

  • Click the Settings gear in the top-right corner of the screen

  • Navigate to Integrations > Connectors

  • Locate either Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics

  • Enter your new credentials

  • Click Save

If you entered the correct credentials, you should see a green success message. It may take up to 5 minutes for the yellow error message to stop showing (it will disappear when the two systems sync again).

For Salesforce.com users, remember to append your security token to your password. Your security token is reset every time your password changes, so make sure you use the most recent token.
