This will usually come down to your spam filter settings. While our platform provides you with high deliverability, sometimes extra-tight security settings will block emails sent from our system.
In most cases, you will simply need to whitelist our IP address ranges. We use multiple IP addresses to improve deliverability and protect both your and our sending reputations. Which addresses you whitelist, will depend on which service provider your account is using to send emails. You can see this by going into settings (gear), then App Data, Email Settings, Sender Validation. Domains you have configured will specify if they are Sendgrid or Mailjet.
For Sendgrid please whitelist the following:
220.127.116.11 and 18.104.22.168
If you still experience issues after whitelisting the IP address, you can also try whitelisting the return-path which you can find in Sender Validation. It will appear as em[xxxx].yourdomain.com
For Mailjet, please whitelist the following:
If you still experience issues after whitelisting the IP address, also whitelist the return path hostname bnc3.mailjet.com. This is rarely necessary, but every spam filter is different.
If your emails are still being blocked our quarantined, contact Support by opening a new request. Please be sure to include someone with access to your email domain's DNS settings.
