This will usually come down to your spam filter settings. While our platform provides you with high deliverability, sometimes extra-tight security settings will block emails sent from our system.
In most cases, you will simply need to whitelist our IP address ranges. We use multiple IP addresses to improve deliverability and protect both your and our sending reputations. Please whitelist the following:
220.127.116.11 to 18.104.22.168
22.214.171.124 to 126.96.36.199
188.8.131.52 to 184.108.40.206
220.127.116.11 to 18.104.22.168
22.214.171.124/21 and 126.96.36.199/22
If you still experience issues after whitelisting the IP address ranges, also whitelist the return path hostname bnc3.mailjet.com. This is rarely necessary, but every spam filter is different.
If your emails are still being blocked our quarantined, contact Support by opening a new request. Please be sure to include someone with access to your email domain's DNS settings.
