I received an email telling me a social media connector is expiring. How do I re-authenticate the connector?

For security purposes, you must re-authenticate your social media accounts from time to time. You will have to re-authenticate when

  • It has been more than 60 days since you last authenticated on Facebook or LinkedIn

  • You have reset your password

  • You have changed your account permissions
