There are two ways to delete Prospects in Lead Liaison; permanently deleting them or sending them to the Recycle Bin

  • Permanently Deleted (Prospects Only) -  the Prospect, their ID, and all associated tracked activities are purged from our system. Only use this option if you are sure you do not need this record as there is no way to restore a Prospect that has been permanently deleted
  • Recycle Bin - the Prospect, Organization, or Deal is sent to the Recycle Bin. All Organizations and Deals are sent here by default. The system will hold the records for 60 days. During this time, the record can be restored from within the recycle bin (see below). After 60 days, the system deletes the record, and there is no way to restore it. 

To restore a record, navigate to the Setup > Recycle Bin and click on the tab for the appropriate Object (Prospect, Organization, Deal). Use the drop-down menu to the right of the record and select Restore. You can also permanently delete Prospects from here.


You can also use the checkbox in the upper-right corner to multi-select records to restore.
