In 2019 Google updated their security policy regarding third-party apps. This makes your account much safer than before, but you will need to whitelist certain third-party apps you would like to use. If you see the image below when connecting your Google account, you need to whitelist our app.

In order to whitelist our app, you will need administrative privileges to your company's Gmail/G-Suite account. If you are an administrator, you can find text and video instructions by clicking here.

Remember, even if you connected users in the past without taking this step, you must do so now due to the enhanced security police.
